No! All our quotes are free of charge, no obligation. We arrange a mutually convenient time to visit, and assess then produce a quote within a few days.

We do our best to visit for a quote within 1-2 weeks of a request (bear with us as certain times of the year our diary is busier than others) and try to schedule work in as soon as possible, however this can vary due to adverse weather conditions. Once a quote is accepted our average lead times are as follows: For Landscaping, we aim to book work in to be completed within 2 months of the quote being accepted. For Tree Surgery we aim to complete works within 2-3 weeks of the quote being accepted.

We can check this for you to see if any permissions need to be applied for, previous to any works taking place. We can also apply on your behalf and deal with any planning applications.

Yes, we have our own stump grinder and fully qualified staff. We also use the grinding to fill the hole when complete.

Garden SOS always leave a site/clients address clean and tidy. Any waste is removed and recycled locally (woodchip for biomass and mulch for allotments etc).

Yes we do! For removal of soil we would use grab lorries/trailers and for Tree Surgery we would use woodchippers, tipper trucks and trailers. All waste (soil, timber, brash, woodchip etc) is taken away unless specifically requested to stay by the client for eg logs or your own woodchip to be used as mulch in your garden.

Yes! All staff have the relevant NPTC City and Guilds qualifications for all disciplines of tree work we offer. Staff have also been trained in First Aid + F (Forestry.
